Sentence patterns or dialogue:
Waitress: Welcome to Binjiang Restaurant. Here is the menu.
Customers: Thank you.
Waitress: Are you ready to order?
Customer 1: Yes / Not yet.
Waitress: What would you like today?
Customer 2: I would like __meal____ and a __size___ ___drink____,please.
Customer 1: I would like __meal____ and a __size___ ___drink____,please.
Waitress: Okay, Here is your food. Enjoy it.
Customers1: May I have a spoon/knife/fork/chopsticks, please?

Customers12: I need chopsticks / a spoon / a knife/ a fork .
Waitress: Sure. Please wait a moment…….. Here you are.
Customers1: Thank you!

Customers1: Like this.
Waitress: May I take your plates?
