Objectives: Students Will Be Able To (SWBAT)……

  • SWBAT learn how to recognize simple news-related vocabulary.
  • SWBAT learn how to distinguish between different parts of a typical TV newscast.
  • SWBAT learn how to use English to introduce the festival briefly to foreign friends.
  • SWBAT learn how to create a script for an entire newscast.
  • SWBAT learn how to create a newspaper’s front page using their TV news script’s stories
